Reasonably clean place, extremely helpful and very amiable staff, perfect location. Spotless room with comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. Great sea views. Location so close to bars, restaurants and shops and the centre. Also, close to everything...

The location on the beach. The outside swimming pool (but the water was cold). Free chairs and sunshade at the beech. Towels were changed every day, linen every second or third day. Dinner. No (drunken)foreign tourists, the majority were Italians, also some German families.
It is a 2* hotel with some elements of higher classes, which sells for the price of a 4*. The staff does not speak English or French. It was even difficult to order ice cream during dinner as they did not understand. They speak some German. Breakfast is extremely poor (1 or 2*), dinner is ok. You have to buy shampoon yourself as you are provided only small plastic shampoon bags as you may see at b&b places. We had to ask toilet paper, they had forgotten to bring. I had to ask to change the linen as the ones were dirty and with holes in it! Some days they provided carpets, some days not. I recommend to avoid this hotel (if you know what 4' hotel should be and if you have expectations for good rest!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The sea view was lovely.and good location.
However we did not think it warrented four stars and not good value for money in comparison to a business hotel we later stayed in Verona which was excellent. We did not think the breakfast was great as the scrambled egg was lumpy and dry. And no facility for toasting. Also we found that a very noisy boiler or some other equipment started at 6 am beside us on the 4 th floor every morning which lasted all morning so got very little sleep.

I keep coming back to this amazing place in Lido di Jesolo for my romantic escape. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a spa, and an outdoor pool. The staff even helped with a local food delivery number on my first stay. No regrets!
